Niman Ranch is our choice for beef, pork and lamb. The animals are born and raised on sustainable family-run farms and ranches. They are fed all natural feed with no animal by-products or waste and they are never given growth promoting antibiotics or hormones.

Niman Ranch beef comes from Angus and Hereford cattle and is dry aged for at least 21 days to ensure a rich and deep flavor.

Niman Ranch pork comes from heirloom breeds of hogs. The hogs live outdoors, free to run, root and roam. The meat is naturally higher in marbling and has much more flavor.
Niman Ranch lambs are raised in northern California and Utah. These select breeds are free to graze and roam on pasture land. Their meat is tender and rich but not gamy.
